Across the Atlantic by Mina

“Across the Atlantic”
Medium: Acrylic paint

My memories of England surface in my mind from time to time. And yet, they exist only in the past and cannot be experienced again. Hence, why do these memories take on such brightness? With each story read about England, it becomes harder for the memories to fade away. An ordinary church may look like a castle to a creative eye; within it, one might imagine a figure such as Harry Potter. The cheerful colors suggest how the adventure to England felt magical, especially since it was in childhood where each aspect of life is brand new.
